New beta coming soon
Today, I'd like to talk a bit about myself, rather than the game. I'm a businessman, working very hard in the family business, and it's driving me crazy. That's the main reason why I put so much effort into making these visual novels/games—because I want to escape from that and do what I really love.
Anyway, this week has been insane; I've had double the work, and for the first time since I started in October 2023, I've gone several days without progressing on the project. Shame on me!
But it's not all bad news. The good part is that I've finished the "Point & Click" portion of the first investigation, which makes up a third of the chapter—about 30 minutes of gameplay. It includes 2000 lines of code and 110 renders.
In the coming days, I'll be releasing a closed beta for my Patreon supporters, for those who want to try and test the game early. A few weeks later, I'll make it available for free on Itch.io.
I'll leave you with the only render I made this week, featuring a new character. I hope you like it, and see you next time.
